Privacy Policy

Gram Altın - Döviz & Altın (the name on the Play Store / App Store) is a free, Flutter-based mobile app developed by Döşemealtı Yazılım. It runs on both Android and iOS.

The app is designed to display real-time prices in Turkish Lira for: gram gold, fine gold, quarter / half / full gold coins, Republic, Reşat, Ata coins, 22-18-14 carat bracelets, silver and platinum, plus USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY and all reference rates published by the Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB), and 14+ major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Solana, XRP.

Supports Android 7.0 (API 24) and iOS 12.0 and above. Package name / bundle ID: com.dosemealtiyazilim.canlialtin

Data is fetched from third-party providers. Network delays, provider issues or market conditions may occasionally cause inaccuracies or delays in the data. Investment decisions based on this app are not the responsibility of Döşemealtı Yazılım. Consult a licensed financial advisor for investment decisions.

No personal data is collected. Specifically:

• Identity info such as name, email, phone number is not requested
• No account creation, sign-up or login required — there is no registration form
• Device location is not requested
• Permissions like contacts, gallery, camera, microphone, SMS are not requested
• Usage analytics or behavioral data is not collected
• Device identifiers (advertising ID, IMEI, etc.) are not stored
• No ads are shown (at least in the current version)

The app's settings (theme preference, favorites list, price alerts, smart sort preferences, etc.) are stored only on your device locally and are never sent to any server.

For the app to work, only anonymous price queries are sent to our server — i.e. the request that says which asset price you want. These requests carry no identifying information about you: no username, email, phone, device ID, etc.

The app uses only the following permissions:

Gold, currency and crypto price data is sourced from the following third-party providers and our own proxy backend:

• Doviz.com — currency and gold prices
• TCMB (Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey) — official reference rates
• Truncgil — gold and currency prices
• BtcTurk — Turkish market crypto prices
• Binance — global crypto prices
• dosemealtiyazilim.net — our own proxy backend running on Cloudflare Workers, with historical price data stored in a Cloudflare D1 database

The app sends HTTP requests to these providers solely to fetch price data; no identifying information about you is included. By the nature of network protocols third-party providers may temporarily see your IP address; this is not stored or processed by Döşemealtı Yazılım. The privacy policies of third-party providers are outside the scope of our app.

The app does not include any of the following:

• Ad SDKs (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, etc.)
• Third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Bugsnag, etc.)
• Marketing / attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)
• Social media integrations (Facebook SDK, Twitter SDK, etc.)
• Third-party login (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Facebook Login, etc.)
• In-app purchase / subscription systems
• User behavior tracking or heatmap tools

Under no circumstances does the app share user data with us, with Google, with Apple or with any third party — because there is no user data collected.

We do not sell, rent or trade data with any other organization. No external sharing for marketing, advertising or statistics purposes either.

Two types of notifications are available, both optional: (1) price alert notifications and (2) an optional persistent price notification (always-visible widget in the notification shade).

You can disable notifications anytime from your device settings or from inside the app. Denying notification permission does not affect the app's core functionality.

The app is not specifically aimed at children, but since no personal data is collected from any age group, it is also safe for children. Given the financial nature of the content, parental supervision is recommended.

The app complies with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since no personal data is collected, the highest level of compliance is inherently achieved:

• Data Minimization: No personal data collected
• Local Storage: App settings stored only on the device
• Explicit Consent: Notification permission is fully optional
• Secure Communication: All API calls over HTTPS
• No Account, No Profile: No personal data to process
